I recently re-discovered this gem, and I've been consulting it to improve my vocabulary. You see, I'm going to be playing a German soldier in a World War II re-enactment in February, and this book's got just about all the slang from the US, British, German, Russian, and Japanese military during the second World War you could ever ask for. The author is Gordon L. Rottman, and it's definitely an interesting and educational read.
And if you needed any further inspiring, there are all kinds of bad things that you could call people listed in here. And some of them you can actually get away with, haha!

Haha, no--that's a more modern bit of, erm, genius. "Oscar Mike" (besides sounding completely and utterly retarded) is "O" and "M" for the American phonetic alphabet, and it can stand for either "on mission" or "on the move," depending on which idiot is yelling it into his microphone.
